| ◊ General Rules and Regulation |
- The students, who feel that discipline is punishment, need not take troubles to apply for admission.
- It is imperative that the students strictly adhere to the rules from the day opening to the closing of each term during the academic year.
- Smoking,Chewing of tobacco and other elements are strictly prohibited in the institution premises.
- Students should from a habit of looking into the notices on the notise board on adaily basis without fail.
- Regularity is of allmost importance and thus absence at even a singal lecture will be considered as absence for the day.
- Student should have attended at least 75% of each theory and practical classes failing which he will be barred from the examination.
- The Academic Head is competent to condone deficiency in attendance as per the rule.
- All tests, theory and practical examinations are compulsory and every student has to appear for thease examination
- The candidate should have carried out the project
work / term work prescribed for the cource to the satisfaction of the principal and head of the institution to be certified as fit for appearing for the examination.
- Proper clearance from respective department towards the progress,conduct,character etc. will be essential for appearing in the examination.
- In all cases of absence an application duly endorsed by the parents / local guardian must be submitted to the office of the institution immediately. if absence is on medical grounds, certificate from the registered medical practitioner must be attached with the application along with the fitness certificate. In doubtful cases, the students will be referred to the competent medical practitioner as per the choice of the institution and the report produced by the same will be treated as final.
- Students will have to pay for the replacement or repair of the instituions propertylost or damaged by them through carelessness or improper use.
- The Institution's authorities cannot hold themselves resposible or liable for any loss of belongings of the students. However, any article found in the Institution premises should be handed over to the instituion's office so that steps can be initialated towards returning of the same to the right owner.
- The institution's office should be informed in writing of any change in address pr telephone number of the students with immediate effect.
- Insubordination and rude language or conduct is sufficient reasonsfor the dismissal of the students. Here the students must remember that respect is the reciprocal of respect.
- The students should not participate in any political or antisocial activties; otherwise the students will be liable to be expelled from the institution.
- The students should help in maintaining the building and the campus clean and tidy.
